Spicy Cheesy Scalloped Potatoes

8 Medium Potatoes
5 tbsp. Unsalted Butter
1/2 Habanero Pepper – minced
Salt
Black Pepper
Milk
1 C Shredded Cheese


Directions:

Wash and peel potatoes and cut into 1/4 inch slices.

Season potatoes with salt, black pepper and habanero pepper.

Layer in a buttered dish – start with potatoes, followed by cheese, do so until all the potatoes are used up.

Pour in milk until it touches the top layer of potatoes.

Cover and bake at 375°F for 15 minutes.

Remove Cover and bake for another 25 – 30 minutes.
