We pray for the US. We pray that their elections go ahead peacefully and no one gets actually killed.
This Sunday a second gunman perched in the bushes of one of former president Trump’s golf courses and let off a few shots a few holes from where Trump was supposed to reach.
Trump was secured from the area and the gunman was caught shortly thereafter. We are thankful for that.
Americans cannot be that afraid of Donald Trump winning this upcoming presidential election. As you could guess, his polling will continue to surge as people begin to have sympathy for his plight and desire to become president of the US again.
But, just for a second think about it. Look at what happened in Haiti when its president Jovenel Moise was assassinated in the summer of 2021. The country has not caught itself yet.
Now, this is not to say that the US is Haiti and of course, Trump is not the sitting president. But, he is a popular candidate and his assassination can send ripples throughout the US and the rest of the world.
Stop and think about these things.
