Our thoughts and prayers go out to the people that died and were injured in the Dominican Republic nightclub collapse last week. What a horrific tragedy to have lost 225 people.
Investigators are still trying to determine what actually happened to have the roof collapse om party goers, and we hope that it is forthcoming.
From loose reports from neighbors of the venue, it was old and very well used. We do not want to speculate, but it also may have weakened over time due to natural weather related issues. We simply cannot say now.
We hope that the families of the people that were lost get the answers they deserve to put this terrible issue behind them and have some closure.
Losing loved ones is never easy. Especially sudden death losses. You feel robbed of your loved one. But, God has a plan and we hope people find strength out of this affair.
