Da Corniest Corn Fritters

1 Cup Sifted All-Purpose Flour

1 tsp. Baking powder

1 tsp. Salt

1/4 tsp. Paprika

1/4 tsp. Garlic Powder

1 tsp. Parsley

1/4 tsp. Thyme

1/4 tsp. Sugar

1/2 tbsp. Tomato Paste

1 Can Whole Kernal Corn (drained)

1/2 Medium Onion (minced)

1 Celery Stalk (minced)

1/2 Green Pepper

1/2 Habanero Pepper

1/2 Cup Whole Milk

3 Cups Vegetable Oil

Heat oil in a heavy pot or deep fryer to 365°.  In a medium bowl; add flour, baking powder, salt, paprika, garlic powder, sugar and parsley.  Mix until combined.  Add milk, onion, celery, habanero pepper, green pepper, thyme, tomato paste and corn.  Mix thoroughly.

Using a tablespoon, drop batter into hot oil and fry until golden brown.  Drain on paper towels.  Serve hot.
