3 Cups Of Broccoli Florets
2 Cups of Spinach
1Ib Chicken Breast (cubed)
3 Cloves Of Garlic (minced)
1 Cup Cheddar Cheese (shredded)
1 Tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tablespoon Unsalted Butter
1 1/2 Tbsp Garlic Powder
Season-Salt
1 tsp. Red Pepper Flakes
Directions:
Add extra virgin olive oil to cubed chicken breast. Season with garlic powder, season-salt and red pepper flakes.
Heat a large skillet over medium- high heat. Melt butter. Add chicken and minced garlic – cooking until chicken has browned or an internal temperature of 165° is reached. Place chicken in a bowl and set aside.
Using the same skillet, add broccoli and allow to cook for about 3 – 5 minutes. Add spinach midway.
When spinach has reduced…add chicken back to skillet and toss. After 1 minute – add cheddar cheese. Cover skillet and remove from heat; allowing cheese to melt.
Serve hot
