3 Small Conchs (tenderized)

1 Large Lemon

2 Eggs

1/2 C Whole Milk

2 1/2 C All-Purpose Flour

4 C Vegetable Oil

Season-Salt

Cayenne Pepper

Red Pepper Flakes

Garlic Powder

Set deep fryer to 350°.

In a large bowl – season conch with lemon juice and season-salt.  Set aside.

Beat eggs and milk well; season with cayenne pepper and garlic powder to your liking. 

In a separate mixing bowl, add flour and season with red pepper flakes, season-salt, garlic powder.  Mix until all ingredients are combined.

Submerge conch slowly in egg mixture. Allow excess egg mixture to drain.  Place conch in flour mixture and shake off any extra.

Fry in batches until golden brown (do not overcrowd fryer.

Drain on paper towels and serve while hot.
