5lbs Chicken Wings (portioned)
Season-Salt
Garlic Powder
2 Whole Lemons
1 Clove Fresh Garlic (minced)
1 Tbsp. Butter
Hot Sauce
2 Tbsp. White Vinegar
Directions:
Season chicken with lemon juice, garlic powder and season-salt(a little goes a long way). Allow chicken to marinate for one hour in seasoning.
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Bake until wings have browned and an internal temperature of 165°F is reached. Remove from oven and set aside.
Buffalo Sauce
Add **butter** and garlic to a small saucepan and allow to melt over low heat. Add vinegar and hot sauce – stirring occasionally to avoid burning.
Place wings in a large bowl and drizzle on sauce until all the wings are covered. Toss lightly and serve hot.
**Butter acts as a cooling agent; so the more butter you use – the milder your wings will be**.
ENJOY!!
