Boneless, skinless Chicken Breast
1 Ranch Packet
2 C All – Purpose Flour
2 Eggs – beaten well
2 C Buttermilk
Hamburger Buns
Unsalted Butter
Lettuce
Tomatoes
Cheese
Onions – thinly sliced
Salt
Pepper
Set deep fryer to 350°.
Using a meat tenderizer, beat chicken breast until thin; season with half of the ranch packet and black pepper – set aside.
Combine buttermilk and eggs. In a separate bowl…add flour and season with the remaining ranch packet, salt and pepper.
Place seasoned chicken breast in egg mixture and remove when completely covered. Add to flour mixture and shake off any excess flour. Carefully place chicken in deep fryer and cook for 6 – 8 minutes or until an internal temperature of 165° is reached. Place on a cooling rack.
Lightly grease a pre-heated griddle – place buns down and toast until golden. Add onions to the griddle and remove when caramelized.
Build the burger to your liking and most importantly:
