National Focal Points (NFPs) for each CARICOM Member State have been identified to facilitate greater collaboration in developing the Regional Migration Policy. In part two (2) of “Migration4Development”, Sherwin Toyne-Stephenson, Programme Manager for Crime and Security at the CARICOM Secretariat, highlights the role that NFPs will play in completing a policy that holistically addresses the needs of the Region.
