Green Juice

Cucumber Kale Green Juice

1 cup kale

2 Large Cumber

2 stalk Celery

a few sprigs of parsley

1 Lemon peeled

1/2 Green apple

2oz Ginger

Carrot/Celery

 3 large carrots

1 Red  apple

2 stalks celery

2oz Ginger
