1/2 large white onion
1/2 large green pepper
1/2 large red pepper
2 small carrots
2 small tomatoes
1 scotch bonnet peppper
1 sprig of thyme
1 large Irish potato
1lbs shrimp
4oz curry powder
pinch of ginger powder
pinch of all spice
salt and pepper to taste
