Peanut/ Banana/ Cornmeal Porridge

Ingredients:

* 1 Cup refined cornmeal

* 1 Cup oats

* 1/2 Cup Sea Moss Gell

* 1 green Banana or 1/2 plantain

* Sugar to taste

* 1 cup peanut punch xor raw peanuts

* 1 tsp Vanilla

* 1/2 tsp Nutmeg

* 1/2 tsp Cinnamon Powder (traditionally, cinnamon leaf is used and boiled in the water before cornmeal is added)

* 2 cup water

* Salt to taste
