Quick & Easy Crab Salad

1 Pk. of Imitation Crab Meat – Thawed

1 Small Onion – Minced

1/2 Green Pepper – Minced

1 Celery Stalk – Minced

1/4 Scotch Bonnet Pepper

2 Tbsp. Fresh Lemon Juice

2 C. Mayonnaise

Salt & Pepper to taste

Directions:

Remove the crab meat from its packaging and rinse under cold water.  Strain excess water and shred.

In a medium mixing bowl – add shredded crab meat, salt, pepper and lemon juice.  Add onions, green peppers, celery and mix until all vegetables are incorporated.  Add mayonnaise and scotch bonnet pepper – mix well.  Refrigerate and serve chilled.
