COOKIES
Rainbow Chip Cake Mix
Two Eggs
1/3 Cup of Oil
Non-stick Baking Spray
FROSTING
1 Package of Cream Cheese
1/4 Cup of Powdered Sugar
2 Tbsp of Whole Milk
Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper and lightly coat with non-stick baking spray.
Pre-heat oven to 350° for about fifteen to twenty minutes.
In a large bowl add cake mix, eggs and oil. Mix for two minutes or until all ingredients are combined; remembering to scrape the sides of the bowl.
Using a small ice cream scoop, place cookies on cookie sheet, spacing at least one inch apart.
In a medium bowl add crushed oreos, cream cheese and powdered sugar. Mix two minutes…add milk and continue to mix until smooth.
Place cookie on a cooling rack and allow to cool completely. Once cookies are cooled add frosting.
