Sweet Sugar Cakes

Recipe

2 cups Water

2 1/2 cup Sugar

3 cup freshly grated coconut

1teaspn vanilla

1 cinnamon stick

1/2 teaspn  cream of tartar

1/2 teaspn nutmeg

2 teaspn fresh grated ginger

Few Drops pink food colouring

Place Water in sauce pan

Then Sugar letting the sugar devolves add cinnamon, coconut, nutmeg, ginger, tartar, vanilla  and stirring let it boil about 25 -30 minutes

Keep stirring so it would not burn

When it began to get come together thick and formed you then spoon drop your sugar cakes.
