Black Pepper
Hamburger Buns
Lettuce
Tomatoes
White Onions
American Cheese
Sweet Dill Pickles (sliced)
Banana Peppers (sliced)

Directions:
Divide ground meat into four equal parts, form balls and set aside. Heat a gas or charcoal grill to 450°F. Place balls on the grill and using a spatula – flatten to form patties (do not press down once meat starts cooking). Season liberally with salt and pepper.
Place buns on grill, turning occasionally.
Cook burgers until internal temperature reaches 160°F(medium) – 170° (well done). Season the other side of the burger, once flipped.
Build Your Burger:
Add mayonnaise, ketchup and mustard to bottom bun. Top with lettuce, tomato, first burger and cheese. Place pickles on top of cheese. Add second burger, cheese, onions and banana peppers. On top bun, spread more mayonnaise and ketchup – cover.
ENJOY!!
