The Perfect Beef Burger

Ground Chuck Roast (16oz makes 4 – 4oz burgers)

Salt

Pepper

White Onions (thinly sliced)

Mushrooms (thinly sliced)

Lettuce

Tomatoes (sliced)

Mozzarella Cheese

Mayonaise

Mustard

Hot Sauce

Ketchup

Pre-heat grill.

Place veggies on the grill and cook until the onions caramilize and mushrooms are tender.

Butter buns with garlic-herbed butter and heat until grill marks are visible on both sides.  Remove from grill.

Separate meat into equal parts and form 4 – 4 oz balls.  Place on hot grill and GENTLY pressed down until the meat has flattened out.  Season with salt and pepper to taste and allow to cook for 3 minutes.  Flip burgers and cook for an additional 4 – 6 minutes.  Remove from grill and allow the meat to rest.  Place cheese on burgers to melt.

Add mayo, mustard, ketchup, lettuce, tomato, burger, hot sauce, onions and mushrooms.  Place mayo on top bun and close.
